About key combinations, any key combination with "command" key doesn't work

About scaling rect2p, got that also on Mac but can't test if there is same thing on Windows:

1. Open any file with rect2p primitive
   
2. Select all elements in 3d view by command + A
   
3. Go to Actions > Scale Selection, set x, y and/or z scale to any value and click "ok"
