Thank you very much. I'll try it, but I have no real part of this and cannot measure the exact dimensions.
Is this allowed for LDraw parts library standard?

is excellent for getting the proportions relatively right. Since this part only came in 2 sets, and is extremely rare, I doubt there would be much objections against this. But try to submit it and see what the reviews say.
