No, nothing's wrong here. This happens if a part is recycled due to being patterned or improved.

This is indicated on the Parts Tracker with the status "F"

If a part is submitted again (through the PT-Admin), an additional History Line is necessary, in this case it says:
0 !HISTORY 2018-02-28 [Sirio] Modification for front pattern
