- Reverted some earlier changes WRT procedural terrain created using World Machine.

This project is still my favorite performance/render engine test case
2fps (on my 6 year old radeon)using 575MB of system ram in LDCad 1.6a,
I'm hoping to get it at 3 or 4 fps in 2.0 maybe even 'playable' by using game engine like frustum culling.
