This is mildly annoying when building a new part (high precision of LDPE minimizes the mismatches), it is VERY annoying when reworking a part that was previously rounded...

I already introduced an internal distance below which vertices would be considered the same, but it is not correctly defined/working?!
You wish to customize this distance. I can do this, but I have to find out first what is causing the issue with the implementation which is already there.
I created an issue (#587).

There is already an option to select "...with Specified Accuracy" (for select connected / select touching).
