I think this will have to happen as part of the website migration. The existing PostNuke groups PTSubmit (i.e. Part Author), PTReview and PTAdmin, that are used for Parts Tracker authentication need to be implemented someplace else when PostNuke goes away. From conversation with Orion, the Phorum framework seems more ameanable to this than the proposed new CMS.
