Hello Andrew,
apart from the 1x1 round plate you already requested above, these are all standard plates,
which are available from the official library.
I think you have just taken the wrong path from the beginning. It is not necessary to generate such plates
using the plate generator feature. That one is only intended for cases where the official parts are not sufficient.
You should be able to simply use the official existing parts.
If MLCad does not show you these, this might have different reasons, among them
- a broken parts library installation
- a broken parts.lst file
To make sure that these problems are not present for you, please re-download the complete parts library from
http://www.ldraw.org/downloads-2/downloads.html by clicking on "complete.zip". Expand that file to your ldraw directory.
It will supply you with all officially released parts.
After that, update your parts.lst file to properly contain a list of all parts available:
- open a command prompt window by executing the command
cmd.exe
- change into the folder of your ldraw installation, by typing
cd /d C:\LDRAW
- run the program "mklist", which updates the file parts.lst for you by issuing the command
mklist
- when prompted by which criterion to sort your files, hit "d" for description
- restart MLCad.
You should now be able to use MLCad's parts tree to the left to use the plates you need.
You can colorize them as needed by using MLCad's color buttons.
