LDraw.org 2025-12 Parts Update Now Available

The 2025-12 LDraw Parts Update has been released. This update adds 42 new files to the core library, including 20 new parts.

Thanks are due to all the part authors who created or corrected parts for this release. The small, but dedicated, band of reviewers also play an important role in keeping files moving through the Parts Tracker and deserve just as much credit. This update wouldn't have been possible without their dedication and attention to detail.

I noticed something in a few parts of the last update (2025-12) that was probably not intended. Here is an example from the header of part 581c01:

I fixed this error. Please redownload the update.

The current latest update appears to be 2026-01, but all the files in the top-level ldraw directory in complete.zip are 0 bytes.

I'm aware. There was an error during the release process and was noticed this morning after I left home. I can't "retract" the update from work and I was waiting to formally announce the update until it was fixed.

You wrote in the past tense, which to me means that the error has been fixed.
But that's not the case. The files in the top level still have 0 bytes.
Do you know which directories are affected by this error?

   

I have downloaded complete.zip a few minutes ago

Sorry if I wasn't clear. The error is not  fixed and can't be fixed from my phone which is why I haven't announced the update yet.

I'll wait until the update has been officially announced in the forum and then download it again.

Just the top level directory. Everything in parts and p are fine.
