Modernize "Additional Contact Info" and remove deprecated Options

There are currently three options for  additional contact info: ICQ, Skype and Google Hangouts.
   

ICQ was discontinud in 2024 and Skype will be shutdown this year. Hangouts was discontinued too, but was migrated to Google chat.
It is probably time to update these, with services that are still operating.
They could be some of these:

• Instagram
  
• Reddit
  
• Discord
  
• Telegram
  
• Threema
  
• etc.
  

This is not a definitve list just some ideas.
Another option would be to remove that section from the profile entirely.

That's hardcoded into the forum software which, while still maintained, hasn't had a major version update in quite some time. I'll just remove them.
