Probably, but I'm not sure about the structure below the "1x5 beam".

Great! Now if you can provide as many measurements as possible, especially:
- Diameter/width of the wheel rim
- height of wheels spokes at various places
- There seem to be a ridge over the wheel passage in 26530 part. Height of this ridge, if any? (Shape of this part will be tough to generate...)
- If you have access to a flat bed scanner, a scan of 26530 would be helpful.
- One or two photos of 26530 seen from top?
- Distance between middle of dark grey pins and pin holes of 23801? And I have no hint of its internal structure Sad

I did scan the sticker sheet before applying them :-)

I will do the stickers and the 1x1 Tile round with the badge

Do you need more pics of the inside of the panel 24119?

Getting 23801 out of the car might be a bit of a problem right now...

I think this one is OK, but everything that can help figuring the exact structure of mudguard panel will be appreciated!

Maybe you could create a pdf or a svg instead of pixelating the drawing into png? that would improve legibility...

Could someone confirm the overall length of wheel arch? Using Thorsten measurements (and approximations from Porsche photos) I find something around 128mm = 16L, but part is supposed to be 15x5x2 ???

120x16x40 mm (15x2x5L) Names and dimensions from the request are Original from Lego Shop

Then I don't understand how it can work with an arch length of 109mm according to your image http://bricksafe.com/files/Thorsten50/po...G_0675.JPG
109mm + 2 x beam hole lengths (2x8 mm) = 125mm min...

And finally... http://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptdetail.cg.../23800.dat
Probably one of the most complex parts I ever attempted to build from scratch... Fortunately LDPE does help!

There is one more part not shown in your list that was missing in LDraw: the new axle 11! Rolf did it: http://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptdetail.cg.../23948.dat
