Not sure if you're seeking the method or just the answer, but I use this tool: https://www.andre-gaschler.com/rotationconverter/ It's open source, so you could presumably figure out how it works.

Thanks. Attached my improved version. As well as correcting these dimensions, I've also made the point a little more blunt, and removed the 45 degree rotated prims (so the tip lies exactly at 12 LDU).
