Color of part preview - Philippe Hurbain - 2020-01-14
Seeing the uninformative preview thumbnail here: https://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptdetail.cgi?f=parts/44375bps1.dat I'm wondering why this preview doesn't use color 16 hue defined in LDColor.ldr?

The preview is based on LDView. This is probably LDview's color 16 default.

LDView treats color 16 as special. IIRC, if it has to render something in color 16, it falls back on color 7.
