finding abandoned files

Quite some time ago now, there was a tool on the Tracker to allow us to find those files which were in the most desperate need of attention, i.e.: it would list those files which had not been updated for the longest time, in chronological order. I have not seen that tool any more on the Tracker for a year now, I think. 

Was this tool discontinued? Why? And can it be restored (or replaced with something newer)?

to find the oldest files on the tracker:
https://library.ldraw.org/tracker/weekly (its sorted now inverted timewise, can be flipped)
or go to the end of the tracker
