You may find download link at https://library.ldraw.org/library/updates/complete.zip
you don't need to extract the file just load as archive under official library part and make sure to add .csl shadow file under C:\Users\???\AppData\Roaming\LDCad\shadow\offLib

That's if you're using LDCad. Other applications will need the archive to be unzipped.

(I just keep both in my library folder, since LDCad is a little faster working from the zip file, and I never change the contents of the official library directories.)

Recently I was building an airplane in ldcad the newest complete.zip
has some parts missing like 5093.dat and 5095.dat. How to you deal with those items when it shows need admin review on ldraw library official release?
Could you please share your partbin files I found many curved slopes and wedges piece missing in my partbin no matter how I configure my ldcad.
thx

I do know how to add piece to the custom library. I’m just wondering is there a single place I can add all missing piece or just with all parts “under review” in Ldraw. Since they won’t be included in the complete.zip file.

It's there in the tutorial. How to download and add all the (current) unofficial parts to LDCad. After you've followed the tutorial and download the unofficial snapshot, if you want to update hen simply download a new snapshot and copy over the old one. I also recommend download a new snapshot after every parts release.

Sorry I did not see that at first glance. Finally I got it working. Thanks!
