Access issues?

Hello, I can see the "parts tracker discussion" sub forum but when I went to reply to a thread, I was given a dialog that indicates I dont have permission to reply. 

I was trying to view the new parts tracker beta and received a Server 500 Error. 

I further tested it and I cannot reply to that thread or any other in the Parts Tracker Discussion area.

Actually I see now that those without "parts author" status cannot reply.

When I combined the 2 PT forums this was not my intent. I'll check the permissions.
