Hi,

I've set off to model this part: 54389. The complete assembly contains two orange pieces (54359 and 54360), a preinstalled 3V CR927 lithium battery, a LED bulb and a tiny, malleable bed for the LED.

I'm curious about:
  • is the assembly really 54389?
  • what other numbers, if any, are involved?
  • should the battery be modeled since the assembly comes with one preinstalled? (edit: looks like we already have the AA battery as u9284.dat)

Here's a quick model of the CR927. The underside pattern is not modeled to match but to exemplify.

Looks good so far. I think, we should use the maximum dimension of batteries. In this case: Diameter: 9.5 mm and height: 2.7 mm. This type is also known as CR57 (older name).

I suggest to do the naming, category and keywords similar to u9284.dat

Looks like that if the battery is of maximum height, the LED's anode touches the battery by default! Normally it's hovering above it so that it only touches the battery when the button is pressed...

Now on PT. Overall I'm pretty happy how this came out.
