Hello,
I found that for part 4488 there seem to be various versions: 4488, 10313 and 67688.
 I'm not quite sure about the codes.

In some sites 4488 and 10313 are indicated as aliases, but looking at the images of the lower part they are different, with two or three fins.

The difference between 4488 and 67688 is clearly shown in Rebrickable. The center hole doesn't seem useful for inserting parts, but it's just a material saver. For us, it's just a small aesthetic change that could be omitted.

Is it worth working on?



I am attaching some images and a first model that I have prepared.
It is not yet ready for publication and perhaps the names of the primitives should be revised a bit.

Hey there, I just found an element that isn’t on LDraw yet. It was first used for the Dreamzzz theme with printing.

There is a Duplo stud shape in between stud8 and stud28, i.e. where the inside has two straight segments on opposite sides of the circle. Stud8 has no straight segments and stud28 has four straight segments. The 2-straight segmented shape occurs at least in the picket fence 6497. I'd like to create the 2-straight segmented shape as stud38. Any objections?

Another variant has 4 small notches in each of the 45, 135, 225, and 315 degree angles. Occurs at least in the ladder 3519. Would be convenient to have such a stud primitive on hand.

I find myself repeatedly adding edges and discs of the same size and shape. Would it be useful to have a 'disco' series similar to the cylo series?
