Please could the following part be made official as soon as possible:

196926.dat, Cardboard 17 x 20 with Train Track Layout Template,
Ldraw Parts Tracker

I really would like to be able to be able to include this part with the following 
relevant Lego Train sets from the 1980's: Set 7715, Set 7722, Set 7735, and Set 7745
