also i have the set this came from however since it was 2nd hand it didnt come with that part

I have the part and made a scan on my printer, but my sword is bend so one side is not completely sharp:
       
I also made 3D scan(Openscan) so you can see how the sword is bend. The position/rotation of the model may not be completely correct and it does not include the axle:
