The smallest set of the 1st Wave, including the exclusive Kraang figure. Seems to be based mostly on Episode 1-15 The Alien Agenda" though with some heavy creative freedom. The Kraang Flyer like this never appeared in the show or any other media, Lego calls it a "Kraang Mech Walker" - it seems to be a mix of various actual Kraang vehicles.

The only set in Wave 1 to include Shredder (and only Set total to have the Dark Red version).
It doesn't seem to be based on any particular episode. The Dragon Bike (AKA "Dragon Chopper") itself made it's debut in Episode 1-22 "The Pulverizer Returns!", although Shredder was never seen riding it (it is mostly associated with Fishface). It's also of note, that in the show it's size much closer to a real motorcycle. The "Motorized Skateboard" (as Lego calls it) is likely a reference to the "Cheap Skate" seen in the 1987 cartoon. The Sewer Map chase might be based on a scrapped episode idea that the Lego designers had access to.

Includes the Set exclusive Fishface (AKA Xever Montes) Minifigure.
The Stealth Shell (AKA "Ninja Stealth Bike") made it's debut in Episode 1-18 "Cockroach Terminator". Unfortunateky the Lego version doesn't fit inside the Shellraiser, like it does in the show. It's top side is meant to resemble a turtle shell. The so called "Sewer Skimmer" wasn't featured in the TV show and seems to be an idea by Lego. It has a small Mutagen canister catapult so it can "contaminate" the city's water.

Includes the Set exclusive Splinter (Hamato Yoshi) and Dark Ninja (Chris Bradford) Minifigures.
A set not based on any specific episode, since the Turtle Lair (or parts there of) were featured in almost every episode of the first two seasons (although an invasion like that never happened in the show). The actual Lair in the show is much larger, however Lego managed to put most of the important things in this set. The inclusion of the "Dark Ninja" (which is a term only used by Lego) is a bit surprising, since Chris Bradford (who hides behind that mask) got mutated early on into Dogpound, so this version of the character wasnt seen in many episodes, the most prominent one being 1-04 "New Friend, Old Enemy".

Includes the Set exclusive Dogpound (Chris Bradford), Kraangdroid (at the time) and Elite Foot Soldier Minifigures.
Seemingly a mix between episodes 1-10 "Panic in the Sewers" (Dogpound's formal debut and centered around poisoning the sewers with Mutagen) and 1-16 "The Pulverizer" (The Shellraiser's debut). The Shellraiser was built out of an old subway train by Donnie, that's why the Lego version can transform to fit on train tracks. Special about this set is also the fact that it got redesigned during production. Earlier runs used a train plate as base, though it proved not stable enough, so a new version, reinforced by Technic bricks was released with a noticable piece count difference.

Includes the Set exclusive April O'Neil, Baxter Stockman and M.O.U.S.E.R. (brick-build) Minifigures. This was Wave 1's limited edition set.
Based loosely on episode 1-05 "I Think His Name is Baxter Stockman", although April was not in that particular episode (nor were the M.O.U.S.E.R.S. yet invented). Baxter's giant mech is actually called the "Stockmanpod Mark 3" (the model was re-used as the "Monster of Doom"). It was created when Baxter's homemade exo-suit (the "Mark 1") fused with alien Kraang technology. Neither of the Turtles' vehicles ("go-kart" and "glider", as Lego calls them) made an official appearance anywhere, but they bear a vague resemblance to one of the Patrol Buggies and the "Shell Flyer" (Playmates Toys only). The M.O.U.S.E.R.S. made their debut in episode 1-11 "Mousers Attack!" and are Baxter's weapon of choice since his first appearance in the 1984 comics.
