Updating MLCad parts list

Hello.  I created some parts back in 2001 (yes, almost a quarter of a century ago.)

I mainly used MLCad to do the work.  I am starting on a project that will have new bricks with subparts.  After putting the .dat files into the subpart directories, how do I get MLCad to refresh its part list so I can access them?

It's been a while since I've used MLCad but there should a Scan Parts menu item.

Also, since you're a long time uncontacted author, can you go over to the library and reconfirm the Contributer's Agreement?

I found the Scan Parts menu item so that answers my question.

I can NOT find the Contributor's Agreement.  There is no big banner.

There are only two bricks/models that have my name on.  They have both been sliced and diced and upgraded by other authors.
