Some of the border vertices in the toucan subfiles have slightly different rounding of the fourth decimal, which causes white dots to appear along the seams between subparts. The shape is free-form so there is no primitive that would cause it. It can be hard to detect, but it seems reviewers have anyway certified it.

What is the current policy? Are fourth decimal gaps allowed or not?

If allowed, what is the largest gap that can be accepted in a free-form shape?

4th decimal gaps are usually no issue especially when they appear due to rotated prims, but the toucan has not rotated parts, so I will fix the vertices.

It depends on your settings in LDPE

Here is mine:

I see 2 unmatched
