However, while only required for square/rectangular stickers with standard corner rounding, a stickerbackZZZxXXX can be made for any shape if there is a reuse case. That said, the follow on discussion in the thread should be what the naming for such a file will look like.
Maybe go with:
stickerbackZZZxXXX - Standard square/rectangular shape
stickerbackZZZxXXX<a-z> - Other variations

What I would like is to include the underlying part number in the description for irregular stickers common enough to justify their reuse, eg. https://library.ldraw.org/parts/46835 or https://library.ldraw.org/parts/16526. This would allow to search for them on PT... A keyword would be fine too, but AFAIK they are not allowed for subparts!
