in renders eyes+forehead lines are lower notch matches nose
in irl while height varies is constantly higher that the notch doesnt match the nose
i dont see any that are low/notch match nose so may be intentional?
what should it be eye low or eye high?

I assume there are technical limitations to print the eyes that close to the nose.

My suggestion would be to put the eyes (outermost point of the black outline) at a ~0.5-2 LDU offset and try out which looks best.

Also, it would really help if you used a more descriptive title on this thread Angel

what a mess this was, the forehead lines particularly
is it ok?, is there a better view to do this?

At first glance I'd have said the part above the nose needs more vertices, but the real part looks indeed that angular, very strange...

Looking good as far as I can tell. Is it completely symmetrical?

You can. But you could also put it directly on the PT  Wink

I didn't realize until now - is this based off the official file in the library?
https://library.ldraw.org/parts/11687

It looks like the pattern extents the assigned "decoration area". Is that the case? Did you modify the base file?
