I see 30305c01 does not exist yet on LDraw. Apparently the right arm is rotatable. Is someone interested in creating this part?

Sorry I was not able to find a better picture for the bottom of this part. I hope it is still possible to make this part.

Have you decided what to do or are you still considering doing it? Hopefully you are able to do it. This piece is definitely cool to have  .

I feel like somebody needs to 3d scan or at least photogrammetry scan the parts for this model to help get it right because it's complex in shape.

yes, but for that it is better to take it apart (if that is possible without destruction)...

I also had to take apart my Fluffy (https://forums.ldraw.org/thread-27427.html, any progress there?) with a screwdriver to get it 3d-scanned...

Exaclty! I already took it apart, that's why I said four parts

30305, 30306, 30307 and one unnumbered part plus the two screws.

The only positive thing are the sharp corners the gu is made of.
