DATHeader 3.0.24.0 Error Message on startup

After a long time, I once again created a part for the part tracker (it was just a tile), but when I tried to examine the file with DATHeader, I got this error message.

However, it seems that the program is running normally.
Another thing I noticed is that I can't create the new license type (4.0) in the settings because the program says I can't change the license text.
Even a freshly downloaded version shows this behavior.
Is this possibly a Win 11 problem?
Unfortunately I don't have another version to test.

I also have the license problem, but at least if there is a valid 4.0 license line, DH keeps it intact.
