LDCad PBG Generator return

LDCad PBG Generator return
#1
I'm please to announce the long awaited return of the LEGO Set LDCad PBG Generator. Every single feature from the old generator is not reimplemented but I wanted to get a workable version out there. Also, Rebrickable changed their Minifig Torso numbering which effectively made the cross reference file useless. I do have plans to improve functionality including making an all-in-one unofficial file download for all needed unofficial files.

what does the PBG Generator do? (i see that it lists the contents of the sets, but what to do with this information? are there any programs that work with that data?)
why do "unknown" parts get ignored? is there any way to include a generated error message like "2 parts without match" if there are some special parts which arent in the Library yet?

A PBG file is a LDCad Parts Bin file. It's what LDcad uses to show a discreet grouping of parts. This tool is for downloading parts bin files for official sets since it makes generating them for the OMR or remixing them into MOCs 1000% easier than trying to search the library for each part.

Current missing features from the old code:
- Does not list missing parts
- Does not correct moved to or alias parts
- The old cross-ref file is all but useless now that RB has changed the way they do minifig parts.

All of the above will be added back in in time.
