I think that the problem is that you didn't set the path of your LDraw library. Go to Tools ->options and set the correct path in the field "Where is your LDraw folder located?"

Looks like you installed LDraw via the AIOI. In that case the library is not under program but:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\LDraw
Ovvero:
C:\Utenti\Pubblica\Documenti pubblici\LDraw
w.
