There's currently a bug in the submit validation that is rejecting Descriptions with the last work as "Pattern" (and I suspect "Obsolete" and "Work)" as well). This is probably due to me breaking thing when I fix the "(Needs Work)" tag. Since I'm in the middle of a complete validation rewrite, the temp work around is to remove these words and have one of the header admins add it back in. I should have the new validation code up this week sometime.
