[LDCad] couldn't find a part in LDCad library

Hi everyone. I'm new at LDCad. I couldn't find the piece that numbered as 39367 ( SPIKE Prime Core Set azure/black wheel ) in the part library. I add unofficial part library to Ldcad. I started to see some new parts in the library labeled as "unOff" after this. But still couldn't find 39367.  I finished all model except this part. Is there any way to add this part to LDcad? Thank you so much.

It is only present as a coloured part.
Look for:
39367p01  = blue tyre
39367p02  = black tyre
