Windows installation problem

Hi all, I'm Dani, a newbie from Spain.

I'm having trouble with "LDraw_AIOI_2018-02_setup_32bit_v1.exe", on finishing setup, after checking file integrity, it shows "M: Installation can't continue, selected unit does not exist"

I'm installing in suggested C:\ path, I also tried another drive, but some message.

Are there another way to install this, even though I have to compile it from source? (In case you've don't get through this error already, or the installer can be debugged somehow)

I already tried, but seems not enough, but by doing it with actual admin user I've been able to install it
