Tetrahedron primitives?

Tetrahedron primitives?

Question
Would there be any desire for tetrahedron primitives? Here are two I have created. One has 3 faces drawn and all edges, the other has one edge removed.

I don't think that this shape is common enough to be a primitive because it involves a sharp peak. Or do you have some use cases?

One place where such a primitive can be used is in subpart 29115s01.dat there may be others as well.
Basically it would be for use where there are notches cut into sloping surfaces.

EDIT:
The primitive could also be used in part 2623.
