Bike category should probably be cleared

Currently, the Bike category contains only four parts:
I only checked 50859bc01, but it is there due to "Bike" being the first word of its description. (It does not contain a !CATEGORY meta.) Many other parts with a "Bike" prefix have been moved to the Vehicle category using the !CATEGORY meta. I think the remaining "Bike" files should be moved as well.
