I'm not sure if we could get rid of all t-junctions even by processing the whole library. Some of them might be the result of recursive primitive use. Can't correct those without adding (similar looking) primitives or in lining the modified primitive (which is messy).

Also while trying a rough implementation of Tim's algorithm, I noticed the unique point detection becomes very important, so mass correcting for that might be a required first step.
