I started working on a translation of the French manual, but didn't get very far :-(
My working copy of the translation is here:

This was based on tidying up the rough translation provided by Google. A copy of the Google translation can in found in this Open Office document:

BTW, I've tried to contact Nils Schmidt to get permission to publish the source code for LPC, as this would allow others to contribute to the programs development. I'll let you know when I hear back from Nils.
