Found the bottom in a video review.
Looks like the inside is smaller than a regular bottom stud.
But the spiral pole is 12 ldu diameter.
Actually there is a smaller part fitting the pole, it is 23422, which is on the PT: https://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptdetail.c.../23422.dat
