That's a brilliant idea and would love including them in the AIOI. Nonetheless I agree with the above said and would not see them at the PT. IMHO this should be kept at a lower level of certification and the first things that come to my mind would be the process adopted to the parts updates prior the PT structure, where people just hat their say via mail or mailing list.
