I understand. You have already mentioned this idea so I already counted on that while making the list of features above: #4 is a pretty candidate for a script, for example. #1 (GUI for snap points selection) is #1 because it is a base stone for the other features and I doubt it can be made in LUA script, it's what core LDCAD must provide as an interface for both the user (GUI) and scripts (access to such data).

I'm not sure about #2 (rotational snap) because of the performance.
