For reference, 0,0,0 is always the origin. The question is, what part of the geometry should line up with that point? There is no one right answer to this question, so you have to adjust when going from one system to another.

I figured so. I set the "bar" part as the origin of the torso, and the clip part the origin of the legs. It works well enough for my purposes. Again, thanks for all your help.
