[Thoughts wanted] Parts.xml - xml improvement on Part.lst

I feel that <Number> should be either <Name> (without .dat in the value) or <Filename> (with .dat in the value). I don't think it's appropriate to have non-numeric data in a field named "Number".

Note: LDView doesn't user parts.lst, and I don't see any reason why it would use this file either, but I'm throwing in my 2¢ anyway.
