I just tried and I found the raw files in the instructions:

Please note: The looping parts is modeled "ideal" i.e. it fits the track geomety of 12 x 12 studs
BUT in my opinion, it will not fit the 10303 model itself, there is a slight mismatch based on whcih I initially started modeling the track. I need to try and put them into the 10303 mpd to see the results.
EDIT: yes, as I though, it will not match by 2 LDU at the top of the lare looping.
