The Case for Underside Fillet Primitives

I agree these should be primitives. Might I suggest shortening the 'fillet' to 'fil' since primitives are meant[1] to be only 8 characters long (yes I know it's annoying).

This isn't the case anymore, primitives can have longer names than 8 characters.
