I use very basic lighting at the moment, but I would like to fancy that up at some point. I'm going the rewrite the vertex generation / management code this weekend anyway. So maybe I'll (optionally) keep the quads this time.
Thing is I kinda thought / was told the driver/hardware converts the quads to triangles anyway at some point, so why not prevent the extra drawelements call all together.
