Version III
I've taken into account Mike's file format, but changed it to improve (to me at least) human readability. I'd be really interested to hear thoughts about my style vs Mike's for readability.
Here the optional components only show if they have data. Similarly IsAlias and IsPhysicalColour will only show when true.
For my copy of the library the parts.xml file is 3.5Mb or one MP3 song.
