No Standard mention the usage of "s\"

As I did not find any documentation on the usage of "s\" I suggest to change the Official Header Standard:
Official Library Header Standard
Filename is the file name
extend to:
Filename ist the file name relative to <LDRAWBASEDIR>/parts or <LDRAWBASEDIR>/p
