This is fixed. Buf3D downloads the official and unofficial libraries again from the new library.ldraw.org addresses, and you can also install the library from your own ZIP (the complete.zip from LDraw.org), so it works fully offline on a new phone.
Philippe, your 2013 wishes are in too: step-by-step building with the parts list for each step, and working offline.
