How do we know when something is done improve things like "clutch power of bottom parts" and not a functional choice?
I'm curious, but fair enough if this is just something obvious if you are a building engineer or something like it - which I'm obviously not  Big Grin

What is the "lego builder version of parts"?

Lego often revise their parts over the years to fix engineering issues, or add extra strength (like adding ribs to the tubes on the bottom which are not on older versions of the parts) Same thing for clutch power.  Look at the same part from the early 2000's and a more modern one and they are not the same a lot of the time. For example the underside of the 1x2 jumper plate has had at least 4 different versions.

Lego Builder is a phone / tablet app by lego for building instructions for their sets. It includes parts from 2022 onwards most of the time and the evergreen parts (the ones still in use today from classic sets and such)
