I tried adjusting the priority of the part libraries, but it doesn't seem to make any difference?! The 3614.dat parts I provided are all directly from the official part library - only the custom parts are ones I added from other libraries. I don't think the problem is just here, because when I used the same settings and the same library parts in version 1.7 alpha2a, they worked just fine together.
