Adding Minifig Categories

Clearly the discussion wasn't done.  Here's the new proposal:

Retire the one word Minfig category

Add the following:
Minifig Head
Minifig Upper
Minifig Lower
Minifig Leg
Minifig Hips
Minifig Arm
Minifig Torso
Minifig Hand
Minifig Assembly

I also reserved the right to implement Minifig Other (or something to that effect)

Same as above for the corresponding Figure category

I am not sold on Minifig Assembly. I'd think Minifig Body might be better but it also might be more confusing.
