RE: Adding Minifig Categories

Final proposal:
Retire the one word Minfig category
Add the following:
Minifig Head
Minifig Upper => Complete Torsos
Minifig Lower => Complete Legs and Hips
Minfig Leg
Minifig Hips
Minifig Arm
Minifig Assembly => Complete Minifigs (e.g. Smart brick)
I also reserved the right to implement Minifig Other (or something to that effect)
